Pay a Ticket

Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. Payments are accepted in person at Town Hall during regular business hours, or by mail with the citation number written on the check or money order.

Parking citations issued at the beach path accesses may be paid the same way. Failure to respond within thirty days may result in additional penalties and a bench warrant.

If you wish to contest a citation, indicate this in writing before the response deadline and the Clerk of Court will place the matter on the next available docket. Court is held at Town Hall.
